Mr. Manasa Ranjan Rout is a highly accomplished power sector leader with over 37 years of experience in thermal power plant operations, maintenance, and asset management. A Mechanical Engineer with a Master’s degree in Operations, he has held senior leadership roles across leading power and infrastructure organisations in India. He has served as Managing Director of Odisha Power Generation Corporation (OPGC) and CEO of Odisha Coal and Power Limited (OCPL), and previously held key operational leadership positions at Adani Power, Vedanta Aluminium, NTPC, and OPGC, overseeing large-scale coal-based power assets and major turnaround initiatives.
